Last Updated: May 25, 2014

VeryLate.com is a site dedicated to those of us who appreciate the late night world. Whether you're a college student with no stable schedule, someone who works at night, or just a person who stays up late occasionally VeryLate.com is a resource for you!

Here you will soon be able to find out what's open late, where it is and how to get there!!

Hungry? Need a prescription? Itching to go bowling? Come here to find out where you can go.

So, what do I mean by "open late"? Well, that's a good question. Let me try to explain:

What will be on this list:
  1. All-night grocery stores
  2. Most kinds of shops or restaurants
  3. Unusual 24-hour services
  4. Most anyplace open until 1:00am or later
    What won't be here:
  1. Ordinary convenience stores
  2. Ordinary gas stations
  3. Bars and nightclubs
  4. Typical 24-hour services such as towing companies and locksmiths

An ordinary convenience store or gas station is one that has nothing unusual. Here's an example of what I mean. A gas station that has a 24-hour automated car wash is not a big deal. Those are all over the place. A place where you could get live human beings to wash your car at three in the morning is something I would certainly list.

I do list convenience stores that serve made-to-order food 24 hours a day, as many regional chains are starting to do.

If you think that some place has something unusual to offer, submit it and I'll take a look at it. I'm open-minded. I will list bars and nightclubs that also have sit-down or carryout dining; kitchen hours will be listed.

To give you an idea of things to keep an eye out for, here's a list of stuff that I don't have yet, but would love to list:

That should give you all some ideas. One more thing. No smutty places. I'm keeping this site family-friendly.

Thanks for looking!
